"The interview process was conducted entirely online. I received the interview invitation via email rather than through ResidencyCAS. Overall, it was a very positive experience. My first interview day included two physicians who were very kind and welcoming. I had the impression that they had carefully reviewed my application and were genuinely interested in learning more about me as a candidate. During that interview, I was asked three clinical medicine questions, which allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge and reasoning skills in a supportive environment. I was originally scheduled to meet with the Program Director on that same day; however, due to scheduling conflicts, that interview was rescheduled. I later had a separate virtual interview with the Program Director that lasted approximately 15 minutes. He was also very approachable, engaged, and clearly familiar with my application, which made the conversation feel more personal and meaningful. About one month later, I had a final interview with both the Program Director and the Department Chair. During that meeting, we discussed the possibility of a prematch position. Overall, the interview process felt well organized, respectful of my time, and focused on getting to know me as both a professional and an individual. "
